Men Finish Third; Tiger Women Claim Fourth At MC
Both University of
West Alabama cross country teams started 2008 in fine fashion,
as the Tiger men claimed third place while the women’s squad
placed fourth in the field at the Mississippi College Season
Opener, held at MC’s Choctaw Trails in Clinton, Miss.

Cross Country Opens Season At Mississippi College
The University of West Alabama cross country teams will
open the 2008 season on Friday, Aug. 29, taking part in the 2008
Mississippi College Season Opener in Clinton, Miss. The meet
will get underway at 5 p.m. with the women’s 5K followed by the
men’s 5K at 5:30 p.m. at the Choctaw Trails course.
