PENSACOLA, Fla. —
The University of West Alabama
tennis teams were swept by the
University of North Alabama in the
Gulf South Conference Jamboree.
The Tiger men (4-2) dropped all five
matches against the Lions. UWA’s
Sascha Dresselhaus tried to pick up
UWA a point in a close match with
Bruno Zuleta that ended 3-6, 6-7,
6-4.
The UWA women (2-5) also failed to
pick up a win against UNA, dropping
all five matches to the Lady Lions.
Both teams return to action
Saturday, March 10 in the GSC
Jamboree. The Tiger men will face
Valdosta State and West Florida as
the UWA women will face West
Florida.
