Crossover Central

DECATUR, Ala. –  The University of West Alabama’s softball games on Thursday at the Gulf South Conference Crossover have been canceled for the day, due to severe storms passing through the Decatur, Ala. area.

UWA was scheduled to open the four-day, seven-game event against Southern Arkansas at 4 p.m., followed by a 6 p.m. match up with Arkansas at Monticello.  Thursday's pair has been re-scheduled for Monday, April 6 at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively.  The weather forecast looks good for Friday’s competition, as the Tigers will square off with Henderson State at Noon and Christian Brothers at 4 p.m.
