Kyle Sampsell begins his second year on The University of West Alabama Athletic Training and Sports Medicinestaff. Kyle came to UWA from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. He is pursuing a Master’s of Art in Teaching, while working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Kyle received his B.S. in Athletic Training from Troy University in 2006. While a student at Troy, Kyle worked with rodeo, softball, and football.  He is an active member of Iota Tau Alpha Athletic Training Honor Society.

Kyle worked with the Birmingham Bulls Hockey Club in the 2000 and 2001 seasons.  He also worked with the Birmingham Steeldogs Arena Football Team from 2000 to 2005.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys golf and racquetball.
