CASPER, Wyo. – The University of West Alabama’s Justin Caylor was thrown in his third ride in the saddle bronc riding event during the 2009 Collegiate National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyo. at the Casper Events Center.

After getting thrown in his first attempt, resulting in no score, Caylor, an Andalusia, Ala.-native, scored a 76.5 in his second ride on Tuesday.

“I am proud of Justin and the way he competed this week” UWA head coach Chad Phipps said. “Unfortunately he had some strings of bad luck in two of his rides, resulting in him not posting scores, but he has done a nice job and represented the university well.”

With the result of two ‘no scores’, Caylor doesn’t advance to the finals on Saturday.
