LIVINGSTON,
Ala. – The University of West Alabama’s
Jessica Thompson set the Gulf South Conference
and school record for
three-pointers in a game with 12 in a 98-92
overtime setback to Harding University at the UM
Coca-Cola Classic.
Thompson, a
Valhermoso Springs, Ala.-native, posted a
career-high 41 points on the evening, shooting
just over 70-percent from behind the arc and
just under 64-percent from the field.
The

Melia Van Laar during the 1994-1995 season against Selma.
